Why do the system fans work with full speed for a while when the system boot up?
The CPU and System FANs for the TA4 system are automatically controlled by thermal control circuit for best thermal performance. And the normally working condition as below:
1. Both fans work on full speed of Fan available checking while powering on. They will be terminated for a while.
2.When the system is in the idle status, CPU Fan works on the low speed and System Fan stops on this load.
3. While CPU works over 65~70 degree Celsius or the ambient temperature over 50 degree Celsius, System Fan will start up from low speed.
